Refund Eligibility
KB Mart offers refunds under the following circumstances in compliance with the RERA guidelines:
- Property Not Delivered: If KB Mart fails to give possession of the property within the agreed timeframe, which is before 2026 as per RERA guidelines.
- Misrepresentation: If the property you purchased does not match the description, features, or specifications provided in the agreement.
Kindly read the agreement carefully when you are buying property. (Please note that some details in our advertisements, promotions, photos, videos, and previews may differ from the actual property and are only for demo purposes.) - Cancellation by Buyer: If the buyer cancels the booking of the property within the specified cancellation period and meets the conditions outlined in the RERA guidelines.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please visit our office at least once or contact our official number.
Requesting through the website or email are not an assurance as it can take time to reach us due to network issues, server issues or any technical issues.

Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment as per the RERA guidelines. Refunds may take time to process, but rest assured, it will be in accordance with the RERA guidelines.
(Please note that any taxes or charges imposed by the government or authority may be deducted and we do not have any involvement in such payment and deduction.)

No Refund for Change of Mind
